What is EasAlign?
EasAlign is a revolutionary, patent pending way to join handrails that provides aesthetically superior joints that are higher efficiency than traditional rail bolt installations.
The EasAlign system is designed to match only Crown Heritage handrail profiles.
EasAlign uses an efficient fastening method.
EasAlign uses the unique Invis® fastening system of active and passive elements, which are installed into handrail parts. These elements are then magnetically fastened with a unique Actuator tool. Gone are the days of frustration and fumbling with rail bolts, wrenches and plugs that were required for inferior traditional rail bolt installations.
The beauty of EasAlign is in the connection.
With EasAlign you get strong, evenly aligned connections that eliminate unsightly rail bolt plugs and that require less sanding than labor-intensive, traditional rail bolt installations.
EasAlign allows for baluster placement at the joint.
The EasAlign system installs in the upper half of the handrail, which allows for positioning balusters in the vicinity of the connections. This is unlike rail bolts, which are installed in the lower half of handrails where they interfere with the positioning of balusters.
If you are an experienced installer, you will be very familiar with this problem when installing balusters near a rail bolt joint. When using EasAlign, you will appreciate the ease of installation since you don't have to worry about this problem.

EasAlign allows for quicker, more accurate on-site installations than ever before. And now, for the first time ever, greater efficiency can be achieved by performing EasAlign installations off-site. The unique Invis fastening system allows reassembly on-site, a process not achievable with traditional rail bolt installations.
